REAPER is entering a new era and he’s doing it in style with the release of BONEYARD: THE MIXTAPE. In the midst of his massive North America tour, REAPER unleashes the music to go along with the BONEYARD tour. Dropping 27 brand new tracks, BONEYARD: THE MIXTAPE takes listeners on an audio/visual experience, through three acts of REAPER’s bass driven music. From pure drum n bass to buzzing dubstep, REAPER showcases his iconic style and unlocks the next era of his journey.

 BONEYARD: THE MIXTAPE features tracks that REAPER has worked on through this year and some more from the vault, with all of the tracks bringing nothing but high energy. REAPER sticks true to his roots while bringing a refined leveled up style to each of the songs. The mixtape follows a three act storyline with the goal of showcasing how we can channel emotions into power. It opens in the first act “COMMUNION” followed by “CATALYST” and ending in “CATHARSIS.” Each act highlights its own goal, with each of the accompanying tracks featuring its own theme and message. Going deeper than the music, REAPER is venturing into a new realm and he made BONEYARD: THE MIXTAPE to bring all of us along with him.

ACT 1: COMMUNION

Unite and connect to the music because “we belong to the BONEYARD.” The mixtape’s hard-hitting opening kicks things off hot. The first eight tracks of act 1 bring the chaos in electrified beats and fast basslines. REAPER relays the message of connection, community, freedom, and celebration. Act 1 starts the energy off high and prepares you for the journey to come.

ACT 2: CATALYST

Music is more than a sound, it’s an energy, a feeling, a cause for change. In the second act, REAPER immerses listeners in wubby bass, trap beats, deep basslines, and crisp breakbeats. The five tracks aim to drive you to question the impact you want to make and think on how you want to reflect that in the world.

ACT 3: CATHARSIS

By definition, catharsis is the “process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions.” (Oxford Languages) The final act is emotional, high energy, and dynamic, enabling listeners to release their emotions and turn them into power. In the finale of the BONEYARD: MIXTAPE, relays a powerful message of harnessing power, pushing through challenges, and treating everyday as an opportunity. It is a buzzing powerful ending to the journey of the boneyard.
